Laser & Optical equipment Compliance Testing Laboratory
The RCII laser and optical equipment compliance testing laboratory is the first Iranian laboratory in the field of conformity assessment with the International Technical Committee IEC/TC76 standards with ISO/IEC 17025 approval from The National Accreditation Center of Iran (NACI). This Laboratory works as a collaborating laboratory of the Iran National Standards Organization (INSO) and the Iran Food and Drug Organization. Some of the services that can be provided in this laboratory are: Standard compliance testing and measurement of optical characteristics of laser and optical equipment in both Pulsed and Continuous Wave working modes, including measurement of wavelength in the range of ultraviolet, visible and infrared, measurement of optical Power/Energy, output uniformity and stability, beam profile, beam divergence, beam quality factor (M2), calculation of AEL, MPE and NOHD and classification of laser and optical equipment.
